Writer / composer / producer of t.o.m. music
Scott Oliver started producing his unique brand of music in Chicago, in 1992. After relocating to Los Angeles, in 1999, he continued to produce songs as well as write and record music for film. His music is inspired by and borrows elements from industrial, punk, classic rock, and folk music. His latest T.O.M. album, In a Bubble, which is the first widely released T.O.M. album, will be available as a digital download and as a CD in June, 2020.
